Continue to Receive Management & Finders Fees:

Our goal is to ensure everyone can benefit from working with us. The Lettings Agents we work with support us in finding our properties and Landlords, continuing to receive their finders fees and management fees (if currently managing the property).

Reduced Workload & Letting Fees:

Since we are managing the property, we pay the fees. So Letting Agents can enjoy almost fee-free market rents alongside a much-reduced workload. As the first point of contact for tenants, we take care of everything from referencing to maintenance, repair calls, and periodic inspections; we take all the hassle out of your day.

Keeping your Landlords Satisfied:

We will do everything to ensure the Landlords property is well maintained throughout our agreement. Our goal is to build repeat business through long standing professional relationships, which can only be achieved by ensuring our Landlords needs are met.
