We lease the property from you on a long term let at an agreed rent and become your tenant. We use a legal agreement, which is fit for all parties involved.
If need be, we bring the property up to the expectations of our customers: young professionals in full time employment. As we are responsible for any lost rent and damage done to the property by our tenants, credit checks and character references are run before a tenant moves in. We start paying you your rent as soon as the property is ready to let. We then rent the rooms on individual Assured Short-hold Tenancies (ASTs) and take care of everything.

In some cases, we can add value to your property by repairing some minor damages, whilst in some cases the house may be set up for students, we aim to attract working professionals so we may need to re-decorate and refurnish to a high standard, improving its condition, which in turn adds value to your property.
We give our Landlords complete peace of mind whilst maintaining their asset and guaranteeing their rental income.

How it Works
WE ARE YOUR TENANTS
We rent the property from you and effectively become your tenants. We then rent each room on a minimum of 6month individual AST contract and we take care of everything.
As we are your tenants you will only ever have to deal with us. When renting a property there are of course lots of things to consider, there are many hidden costs that eat away at your monthly profit and may lead you down the thoughts of "why am i doing this"
We understand the importance of selecting only the best tenants for your property, all of our tenants are working professionals and will have gone through our vetting process prior to moving in, after all, we are taking responsibility for any lost rent, potential damage and misbehaviour.
We also deal with calls, emergencies and in fact all tenant issues. you will also never again have to worry about voids - a recent survey by Spare Room showed that most properties have a void period of at least 6 weeks per year.
